Um uns Allen diesen Tag zu ermöglichen mussten ein paar Regeln stark angepasst werden – hier kurz die Wichtigsten:
Pro Team ist nur ein(e) Fahrer/-in plus ein weiteres Teammitglied zugelassen, d.h. 2 Personen pro Team!
Ein negativer COVID-19 Test ist für alle beteiligten Personen am Trainingstag erforderlich (max. 48 Stunden alt)!
Die schriftliche Bestätigung ist eigenständig an der Information vorzulegen (Diese wird zwecks Dokumentation abfotografiert)
Die COVID-19 Selbstauskunft ist vorher auszufüllen!
Diese NICHT vorher unterschreiben, erst an der Information mit dem aktuellen Tagesdatum!
Es herrscht überall Maskenpflicht (FFP2 oder eine medizinische Maske)!
Denkt dran genügend Ersatz-/Wechselmasken mitzunehmen.
Die geplante Wagenpassabnahme ist aufgrund behördlicher Einwände gestrichen.

Die Teilnahmebestätigungen werden zur Zeit von unserem Sportleiter vorbereitet und sollten Euch bald erreichen, u.a. mit dem Hinweis darauf das ihr aufgrund der neuen Bedingungen Eure Teilnahme zurückziehen könnt. Zusätzlich erhaltet ihr nochmals ein neu auszufüllendes Formular wer Euch als Fahrer(in) begleiten soll.

Update on the training day on April 17th, 2021 with important information
In order to make this day possible for all of us, a few rules had to be heavily adapted – here are the most important ones:
Only one driver plus one additional team member is permitted per team, i.e. 2 people per team!
A negative COVID-19 test is required for all persons involved on the training day (max. 48 hours old)!
The written confirmation must be presented separately at the information desk (this will be photographed for the purpose of documentation)
Please fill out the COVID-19 self-assessment beforehand!
Please do NOT sign this beforehand, only at the information desk with the date!
A mask is mandatory everywhere (FFP2 or a medical mask)!
Please take enough spare / changing masks with you.
Please read everything else HERE again exactly, like the Supplementary Regulation and the Supplement to the short notice (hygiene concept)
The confirmation of participation is currently being prepared by our sports director and should reach you soon, including the information that you can withdraw your participation due to the new conditions plus the new form to be filled out again who should accompany you as a driver.
